Exchange & Cancellation
Our products are crafted with care, and we want you to continue enjoying them. Exchanges and cancellations are available under the following conditions:
Defective Products
- Brand assistance for product-related issues is subject to brand warranty guidelines and service policies. Please reach out to the nearest authorised service centre for more details.
- Please note that the final decision on replacement of defective products rests with the seller/brand.
Damaged, Wrong, or Physical Defects
- Products with physical manufacturing defects will be exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please notify our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- For products requiring installation, exchanges/returns will be eligible only when such products are installed by brand-authorised personnel.
Size Issues
- In case of a size issue, we will exchange the product. However, the customer must bear the shipping and return charges.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing your prepaid order, provided the product has not been dispatched.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
